Product Description

Work Principle:

This Auger Screw Feeding Machine is driven by motor to move the cyclical reducer and pass to spiral conveyor ,and press the material forwarding through screw rotation, and generate forwarding push to the material, and the materials are fed from the inlet and then conveyed to the outlet through the spiral conveyer. The screw conveyor can be used for automatically feeding materials for mixer and injection machine which have certain requirement on height.

1.This Screw Feeding Machine all made of stainless steel can lift various power materials, and the material tank and rope are made of stainless steel;

2.The materials feeding motor and vibration motor are controlled with independent switches, and the vibration range is adjustable, the entire screw can be conveniently disassembled and cleaned.

3.The machine features automatic materials feeding and automatic stop(for independent use, install the control system of our company for achieving automatic feeding function)

4.The screw and the material tank and chamber have soft connection with easy disassembly, the lower part of the material canister have flexible door ,forwarding and reserving rotation switch, convenient for cleaning.
